New York State Senator Michael Venditto, (R, C, I- Massapequa), a member of the Senate Select Committee on Libraries, recently had the opportunity to participate in Take Your Child to the Library Day, at the Copiague Memorial Library.
Senator Venditto enjoyed reading "There are Cats in this Book" by Viviane Schwarz, a book that tells jokes and draws a connection with the cats to help children learn to understand and delight in the way books work.
