Sen. Ortt capped off Earth Week with a Special Waste Drop-Off event in North Tonawanda. Dozens of people stopped by to drop off their old electronics and harmful household items. According to the Niagara County Refuse District's acting director, more than 20 tons of toxic waste and 40 tons of electronic waste were turned in.
