“Enhanced” STAR

The deadline to submit applications for the “Enhanced” STAR exemptions is fast approaching!! If you own your primary residence, turn 65 years of age at any time during 2015, and meet income requirements, you may qualify for the “Enhanced” STAR school property tax exemption. Regardless of when you turn 65 this year, you must apply before the application deadline to receive the enhanced savings.
