Public Information Meeting Set to Discuss
Staatsburgh State Historic Site and Mills Norrie State Park
Who: NYS Senator Sue Serino, Assemblywoman Didi Barrett, NYS Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation Commissioner Rose Harvey
What: A public information meeting on Staatsburgh State Historic Site and Mills-Norrie State Park
When: Wednesday, May 20, 2015; 5-7pm
Where: The Danny Kaye Theatre located in the Conrad Hilton Library, The Culinary Institute of America; Route 9, Hyde Park, NY 12538. Parking is available in the Anton Plaza parking garage.
In an effort to address the concerns of local community members and promote transparency, NYS Senator Sue Serino and Assemblymember Didi Barrett will be joined by NYS Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation Commissioner Rose Harvey for a community discussion regarding Staatsburgh State Historic Site and Mills Norrie State Park. The meeting will focus largely on legislation under consideration concerning the agency’s stewardship of the property.
All members of the community and members of the local media are encouraged to attend.
