Completing the BAM Cultural District

Not so long ago the area around the Brooklyn Academy of Music was a very different place, and no one was interested in building anything new there. No one, that is, except Jonathan Rose.

I have known Jonathan Rose for many years, and I have always been impress7ed by his skill as a developer and his commitment to always do the right thing with a project. (The right thing for the community! Can you imagine?)  His early efforts paved the way for the revitalization we are experiencing, and it is absolutely wonderful that he is building the final structure in the BAM Cultural District.
