Helping Local Entrepreneurs Succeed

Proud to stand with NYC DOT, Brooklyn Borough President Eric L. Adams, Assemblywoman Diana Richardson, Creating Legacies' Pia Raymond, the Nostrand Avenue Merchants Association, and community partners to find creative solutions. Select Bus Service has improved transportation speed for passengers, but when the Nostrand Avenue businesses were suffering, the Merchants Association contacted DOT and found a way to help local entrepreneurs.

I hope this is a template for communities to have a voice and for government agencies to successfully engage local concerns. I will continue to work with all stakeholders, but for now I just have to say Bravo!
