Senator Bonacic Celebrates Inauguration of SUNY Orange President Dr. Kristine Young

(Middletown, NY)-Senator John J. Bonacic (R/C/I-Mt. Hope) was pleased to attend the inauguration ceremony of Dr. Kristine Young as the eighth President of SUNY Orange, on Friday. The event was held at the college’s Middletown campus, and members of the local community, elected officials, faculty and staff, and members of the Board of Trustees were on hand to celebrate with Dr. Young. At the ceremony, Senator Bonacic presented Dr. Young with Senate Resolution commemorating her inauguration. Dr. Young has been serving as SUNY Orange President since June 8, 2015. Prior to that she served for 17 years as the Vice President for Academic Services at Parkland College in Champaign, Illinois.
