Senator Bonacic takes Tour of PharmaCannis' Facility in the Town of Hampronburgh

(Middletown, NY)-Senator John J. Bonacic (R/C/I-Mt. Hope) joined local elected officials, business and community leaders, as well as representatives from PharmaCannis, for a tour of their 135,000 square foot facility in the Town of Hamptonburgh. PharmaCannis is a medical cannabis provider in Illinois and New York, and was granted one of 5 licenses to grow and dispense medical cannabis in New York as part of the Compassionate Care Act of 2014. The Hamptonburgh facility is PharmaCannis’ grow facility, and when it is fully operational will employ 70 people. They also operate dispensaries, in compliance with the law, in Amherst, Albany, Liverpool and the Bronx.
