Senator Venditto Participates in Chatterton Elementary School's Annual Parents as Reading Partners Event

Merrick, NY- - New York State Senator Michael Venditto, (R, C, I- Massapequa) recently had the opportunity to participate in the Merrick Union Free School District's annual PARP (Parents as Reading Partners) event at Chatterton Elementary School as a guest reader to Mrs. Feltman's 1st Grade Class.
Senator Venditto read "Very Little Red Riding Hood" by Heapy & Heap, a book with a 'little' spin on a traditional classic fairy tale. Senator Venditto also talked with the 1st Graders about his job as a New York State Senator and the importance of public service.
Senator Venditto is pictured above reading to Mrs. Feltman's 1st Grade Class.
