Senator Montgomery honors Elizabeth Shell Carr as a Woman of Distinction

On May 10th, Senator Montgomery and the New York State Senate honored Elizabeth “Liz” Shell Carr as a 2016 Woman of Distinction.  Liz is a beloved neighbor and an unsung hero in our community who selflessly donates her time to numerous endeavors.
