Commemorating Black History Month with U.S. Department of Labor

Honored to have the opportunity to speak at the US Department of Labor on the occasion of their Black History Month commemoration. I had an opportunity to speak about obstacles overcome and some of the challenges ahead from my perspective as a Brooklynite, a legislator, and a New Yorker.
