I am proud to be one of only nine New York State senators to receive a 100% score on the NYLCV’s 2017 State Environmental Scorecard. NYLCV's report card on state legislators assessed votes on a range of issues, including votes on important legislation ensuring the schools donate edible food that might be wasted and requiring makers of children’s products to disclose potentially harmful chemicals in what they sell.

I will continue to be a strong advocate for clean air, clean water, sustainability, and a healthy environment for all New Yorkers!
