
Senator Bonacic Takes Part in Lyme and Tick Borne Diseases Public Hearing

(Albany, NY)- State Senator John J. Bonacic (R/C/I-Mt. Hope) joined his fellow members of the Lyme and Tick-Borne Diseases Task Force today for a public hearing today to identify and determine best practices for combatting the spread of lyme and tick-borne diseases in New York State. The hearing was held in the Legislative Office Building in Albany. Those giving testimony at the hearing including the Commissioner of the NYS Health Department Dr. Howard Zucker, leaders from several county departments of health, medical professionals, advocates, and patients.
