Genesee Community College President James Sunser shared a preview of the college's newest buildings with Senator Mike Ranzenhofer.
The 18,478 square foot Student Success Center will upgrade the college's instructional space with new labs, tutoring areas and more classrooms for academic programs. The two-building Richard C. Call Arena will include a two-story lobby and concession stand, coaches offices, a fitness center and press box. The new buildings are expected to be dedicated early September.
In 2014, Senator Ranzenhofer secured millions of dollars in state funding to help fund the $25 million capital project.
