Senator Montgomery and Congressman Jeffries join constituents at the Annual Clinton Hill Co-Ops Block Festival. The Clinton Hill Cooperative Apartments is a 12 building, 1,200 unit community in the heart of the 25th Senate District and was originally built in the 1940s to house Brooklyn Navy Yard workers.
