Senator Montgomery joined the Emmanuel Baptist Church family to celebrate the 100th Birthday of Ms. Georgina Scott aka “Ms. Jean”. Senator Montgomery presented Ms. Jean with a Legislative Proclamation commemorating the milestone and honoring her work in the community.
