Thank you Howard Teich of the Brooklyn Jewish Historical Initiative for leading the beautiful commemoration at Zion Triangle honoring the men and women of our armed forces who sacrificed their lives for our country. Students from Brownsville Collaborative Middle School joined the commemoration of their Brownsville neighbors who made the ultimate sacrifice during World War I. It was a truly moving event linking the generations in honoring bravery, service, and sacrifice.
