Nearly three years ago, I stood with Tropical Breeze Car Wash workers to vindicate workers’ rights, demand safe working conditions and decent wages. Alongside colleagues, advocates, and union organizers, we said we would not tolerate abuses of workers. This suit sends an important message that car wash workers and all New York workers must be treated with the dignity and respect they deserve.
