LeRoy Trap Team Spring Fun Shoot

LeRoy, NY- Senator Ranzenhofer participated in LeRoy Trap Team's Spring Fun Shoot. He also provided a legislative update on efforts in the State Capitol to prohibit markmanship and shooting programs at local public schools. 

Senator Ranzenhofer strongly opposes the bill.

"I don't believe that we should be banning educational initiatives that proactively promote firearm safety to our youth," said Ranzenhofer. "This proposed legislation is another example of a lack of understanding of our communities across Upstate New York. As your State Senator, I will continue to closely monitor this proposal."
