Elmira, N.Y., June 25--At Katy Leary Park, Senator O'Mara joined the Chemung County Free Summer Meals for Kids program, the Food Bank of the Southern Tier, the Chemung County Library District and other community leaders to kick off "Fun, Friends & Food! 2018" and to promote the "Libraries Rock!" summer reading program.
