My office has been collecting information regarding reported adverse health impacts caused by the operation of the Competitive Power Ventures (CPV) power plant in Wawayanda.
Please be advised that this Friday, March 8 at 9:00 pm is the deadline to submit your CPV Health Impacts Survey.
If you believe that you have experienced adverse health impacts caused by the CPV power plant please complete this survey. If someone in your household believes that they have experienced adverse health impacts caused by the operation of CPV please share this survey with them and ask that they submit their own.
