The Senate District 19 College Resource Fair

Senator Persaud's annual College Resource Fair, co-hosted by the Department of Education, Senator Julia Salazar, Assemblymember Charles Barron and Cypress Hills Development Corporation, occurs on Saturday, May 18 at the Thomas Jefferson Educational Campus at 400 Pennsylvania Ave. from 12 to 3 p.m. There will be free giveaways, a host of colleges and represenatives in attendance and a presentation by Maisha Challenger, Federal Student Aid Specialist from the DOE. Come by to learn about the FAFSA form, scholarships and other financial aid, meet with admissions personnel and discover educational opportunities. Everyone is invited!
