New York - Today Senator Krueger joined Manhattan Borough President Gale Brewer and Assembly Member Harvey Epstein in urging the Governor to implement a moratorium on non-essential construction activity during the COVID-19 emergency. The elected officials delivered a letter to the Governor after hearing from constituents at 220 East 26th Street, who are being forced to endure disruptive and non-essential construction while following the Governor’s orders to remain inside as much as possible.
