If you are a constituent (check if you are a constituent here) experiencing issues with your unemployment insurance claim, please fill out the following this form (English, Spanish) so we can forward your inquiry to the Department of Labor.

Please keep in mind that the Department of Labor is experiencing a high volume of claims at this time. However, filling out this form in its entirety could help them expedite their response to your issue.
