The Department of Public Service Broadband Survey

The Department of Public Service has created an online broadband service survey to assess the status of broadband services availability and use by New Yorkers in  their homes and businesses. The survey is easy to follow and takes less than 10 minutes to complete. The survey webpage also includes an optional broadband speed test, whereby consumers can test their current broadband connection for upload and download speed.
