
Shed the Meds Event in Auburn Collects 109 Pounds of Unneeded Prescription Medication

Senator Pam Helming recently partnered with the Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office and the Auburn Police Department on a “Shed the Meds” event outside the West Genesee Street Walgreens in Auburn. Thanks to area residents, 109 pounds of unneeded prescription medication and supplies were collected for safe disposal.
