Senators Urge ESD To Delay Action On Penn Station Plan

New York City - Today, Senators Liz Krueger and Brad Hoylman, as well as thirteen of their Senate colleagues released a letter to the Board of Empire State Development, urging that ESD refrain from voting on the Penn Station development plan until several key issues and concerns have been addressed.
