Senator O'Mara joined WHCU's Joe Salzone on this morning's 'Morning Newsmaker' to discuss Governor Kathy Hochul's 2023-2024 proposed state budget and the legislative budget hearings currently underway in Albany to examine the governor's proposals in detail.
Senator O'Mara serves as the Ranking Member on the Senate Finance Committee and he also looks ahead to what could be in store for New Yorkers after Governor Hochul and the Democrat majorities in the Senate and Assembly finish negotiating a final state budget next month.
