Temporary Restraining Order Issued By Appellate Division of New York State Supreme Court

Justice Peters has granted the temporary restraining order Senator Smith requested. Senator Espada is restrained from exercising any powers as the President Pro Tem of the Senate, pending further order of the Supreme Court Albany County.
