Senator Fuschillo Accepting Applications For Student Interns

Senator Charles J. Fuschillo, Jr. (8th Senate District) announced today that he is currently accepting applications for student interns in his district office in Freeport. Applicants should be college students residing within the Eighth Senate district who have an interest in government or law.

Each intern will in assist in the day-to-day operations of Senator Fuschillo’s district office. Internships offer a flexible working schedule based on the applicant’s availability.

"An internship with the New York State Senate offers students a chance to participate first hand in the workings of state government and to see how each legislator works to serve his or her constituents," said Senator Fuschillo. "I invite anyone who is interested in a career in government or law to apply for an internship in my district office."
