Senator Fuschillo Honors Farmingdale High School Football Team
Senator Charles J. Fuschillo, Jr. (8th Senate District) recently visited Farmingdale High School to honor the Dalers football team and coaches for winning the 2004 Nassau County Conference I Championship, the team’s fourth Nassau County title in the last six years.
Each of the players and coaches were presented with a copy of a resolution, jointly sponsored by Senator Fuschillo and Senator Kemp Hannon (6th Senate District), that was unanimously passed by the New York State Senate in honor of the team’s achievements.
"Through many hours of practice and hard work, these kids were able to bring another title home to Farmingdale and add to the rich history and storied legacy that the Dalers Football Team has established over the years," said Senator Fuschillo. "This team is a great source of pride for the entire community, and I am proud to recognize their accomplishments."
