Senator Fuschillo Welcomes Consumer Protection Chairperson Santiago To His "legislative Update" Show

Senator Charles J. Fuschillo, Jr. (8th Senate District) welcomes Teresa A. Santiago, Chairperson and Executive Director of the New York State Consumer Protection Board, to his weekly "Legislative Update" television show. The program will air on March 25 at 4:45 p.m. on Channel 18 of Cablevision’s Woodbury system.

In his role as the Chairman of the Consumer Protection Committee, Senator Fuschillo works closely with Chairwoman Santiago and the two discuss many of the issues that affect New York State consumers. Topics covered on the show include the success of the Do Not Call registry, which Senator Fuschillo authored, the ongoing need for increased identity theft protection and information about scams that consumers must avoid.

Senator Fuschillo’s "Legislative Update" is a weekly program which provides viewers with an inside look at the workings of the New York State Legislature.
