Winner Establishes Offices In Albany, Elmira

Elmira, N.Y.-- State Senator George H. Winner, Jr. (R-Elmira), beginning his first term representing the 53rd Senate District, today released contact information for State Senate offices he has established in Elmira and Albany. Winner added that he hopes to establish a satellite office in Steuben County as soon as possible.

He encouraged area residents to utilize his offices for assistance with concerns and questions involving New York State government.

"It's my responsibility to address concerns, answer questions and help facilitate access to state programs and services. No one should hesitate to contact me. I'm elected to serve as this district's first contact with New York State government," said Winner, whose 53rd District encompasses all of Chemung, Schuyler, Steuben and Yates counties, and a part of Tompkins County (the city and town of Ithaca, and the towns of Enfield, Newfield and Ulysses).
