Law Enforcement Officials Honor Senator Farley At Zone 5 Building Dedication

State Senator Hugh T. Farley (R,C - Schenectady) was honored with a special plaque at the recent dedication of the Zone 5 Law Enforcement Training Academy - Senator Hugh T. Farley Center - in Schenectady.

"This place is special to me," Senator Farley said when he received a standing ovation.

Senator Farley also presented Schenectady Polic Chief Mike Geraci with a check for $450,000, the funding he was able to obtain for Zone 5 to renovate the building to meet its training and administrative needs.

"I'm also pleased to announce that I was able to obtain a legislative grant of $32,000 for computers and classroom equipment," Senator Farley said.
