Seward In Greene County For Local Events

Senator James L. Seward will be in Greene County Thursday, October 6, for several local events and an announcement of state funding.
The schedule:
*9:30 a.m. -- Meets with John Wiktorko, superintendent of Windham-Ashland-Jewett School District;
*12:00 p.m. -- Attends the annual volunteer recognition event and luncheon of the Greene County Department for the Aging (Catskill Elks Lodge, N. Jefferson Avenue, Catskill);
*4:00 p.m. -- Announces state legislative grants for area fire departments (at Village of Catskill Fire Department, 1 Central Avenue, Catskill).
