Ulster County Students Gain Civics Lesson

This week, two students from Ulster County travelled to Albany to learn first-hand the work that their Senator does in Albany. Miss Tanya Lee from Saugerties High School and Miss Kate Wilsey from Onteora High School joined Senator Bonacic in a meeting and in the Senate Chamber during Session. The students participated in the League of Women Voters’ annual Students Inside Albany Conference where they were given an overview of how state government works.
