Senator Nozzolio Presented With Commanders Hat By Naval Militia

Albany – State Senator Michael F. Nozzolio was presented with a Commander’s hat by Rear Admiral Robert A. Rosen of the New York Naval Militia recently in recognition of the Senator’s promotion to Commander in the Naval Militia. Admiral Rosen also presented Senator Nozzolio with the “Flag of Heroes”. The flag honors the victims of the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001.

In addition to being a Commander in the Naval Militia, Senator Nozzolio is helping to oversee State homeland security as the Liaison Officer to the New York State Canal Corporation and Special Advisor on Security Affairs in New York State as well as a member on the Senate Majority Task Force on World Trade Center Recovery.
