Senator Dale M. Volker Secures $30,000 For The Depew-lancaster Boys & Girls Club

(Albany, NY and Depew, NY) Senator Dale M. Volker (R-I-C, Depew) today announced that he has secured $30,000 to support the Depew-Lancaster Boys & Girls Club. Senator Volker secured these funds as part of the adopted 2005-2006 State Budget.

"The Boys & Girls Club of Depew-Lancaster have been administering programs and services to promote and enhance the development of boys and girls by instilling a sense of competence, usefulness, belonging and influence," said Senator Dale M. Volker. "They have been providing a safe place for our young people to learn, grow and achieve their full potential for several decades and I am pleased to continue to support their mission. David Hoch, Executive Director of the Depew-Lancaster Boys & Girls Club, and his professional staff continue to make this organization an exciting and attractive place for our young people to achieve their personal and professional goals."

Senator Volker, in securing this $30,000, will allow the Depew-Lancaster Boys & Girls Club to improve the existing buildings, purchase supplies and keep existing youth programs fully equipped and staffed.
