Skelos And Barra Welcome Valley Stream Students To The State Capitol

State Senator Dean Skelos (R-Rockville Centre) and Assemblyman Bob Barra (R-Lynbrook) welcomed 96 sixth grade students from the Wheeler Avenue School in Valley Stream to the state Capitol in Albany on Tuesday, May 2, 2006. Senator Skelos and Assemblyman Barra discussed the legislative process on How a Bill Becomes a Law and described the legislative process and procedures of the Senate Chamber.
