Seward In Cortland For Local Talks

Senator James L. Seward will be in Cortland Friday, May 19, to meet with local business leaders and cut the ribbon on a local school playground project.

Seward will be at the Cortland County Chamber of Commerce Legislative Breakfast at The Community Diner, 10 Main Street, Cortland at 8:30 a.m. He will offer highlights of the budget, update the chamber on its status following gubernatorial vetoes and over-rides.

At 2:00 p.m., Seward will be at the Cincinnatus Central School, 2809 Cincinnatus Road, Cincinnatus, to cut the ribbon on a playground funded with a legislative grant. He will be joined by school officials and the PTO.
