Health & Safety Workshops Planned For Seniors

Brooklyn- First aid information is valuable for people of all ages, according to health professionals at HealthCare Partners IPA. That’s why HealthCare Partners IPA is joining Senator Martin J. Golden and the American Red Cross to host two free “Health & Safety Workshops” for seniors.

The events are scheduled for April 6 from 10 am to 12 noon at the Bay Ridge Center for Older Adults, 6935 Fourth Avenue Brooklyn, New York 11209, and on April 7 from 10 am to noon at the Shore Hill Housing facility, located at 9000 Shore Road, Brooklyn , New York 11209

“Because our mission is to link seniors with all the available community resources, HealthCare Partners has a commitment to work in concert with our friends at Senator Golden’s office,” stated Keith Dobbs, vice president of marketing for HealthCare Partners.

These exclusive events will include information provided by the American Red Cross about emergency preparedness, in addition to fitness professionals on hand, offering tips on how to prevent falls in the home.
