Senator Golden And Santa Claus To Light Gravesend Community Christmas Tree

Brooklyn- State Senator Marty Golden (R-C, Brooklyn) will be host a Christmas Tree Lighting ceremony and holiday celebration in preparation for the upcoming Christmas and holiday season on Monday, December 4, 2006 at 5:30 p.m. At Lady Moody Square Park, at Avenue U and Van Sicklen Street.

The celebration will feature traditional carolers, hot cocoa, candy canes and a special visit from Santa Claus. Local school children have been invited to perform at the event. A collection for the Toys for Tots campaign is also part of the event.
