Senator Marty Golden And Lutheran Medical Center Offer Free Flu Shots To Community

Brooklyn- State Senator Martin J. Golden (R-C, 22nd District) in conjunction with Lutheran Medical Center, will offer 100 free flu shots to the community on Wednesday, December 13, 2006 from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Bay Ridge Manor, located at 476-76th Street.

Senator Marty Golden stated, "I was proud to partner with the Visiting Nurse Service of New York to make available the flu vaccination to this community at no cost in early November. It is so important that everyone who should get a flu shot does in fact get the vaccination. That is why I am partnering with Lutheran Medical Center on December 13th because it is dangerous to go through the winter season without the flu shot."
