Senator Marcellino Takes The Oath Of Office

Senator Carl L. Marcellino was sworn in to begin his new term as the representative of the Fifth Senate District on January 3, 2007. Court of Appeals Judge Judith S. Kaye administered the Oath of Office at the Senate Chambers in Albany. Following the ceremony Senator Marcellino proceeded to the Assembly Chamber for Governor Spitzer's State of the State Address.
