Senator Charles J. Fuschillo, Jr. (8th Senate District) and Assemblyman David G. McDonough (19th Assembly District) recently visited Wantagh High School to congratulate students whose art was selected to be on exhibit in the State Capitol.

Juniors Lauren Reek and Tara Polla, sophomores James O’Neil and Greg Sinacori, and freshmen Jessica Chin and Chester Ang all had their art featured in the Legislative Office Building as part of the New York State Art Teachers Association’s annual Legislative Student Art Exhibition. Each spring, the Association arranges to have the work of aspiring young artists from across the state displayed in Albany for viewing by the public.

"Being selected to have your art displayed for the thousands of people who are in the Legislative Office Building every day is quite an honor," said Senator Fuschillo. "We are extremely proud that these students were selected to have their talent showcased to individuals from across the State."
