Senator Farley Announces New Health Care Center Coming To Northville

State Senator Hugh T. Farley (R,C -Schenectady) joins St. Mary's Hospital and the Village of Northville in announcing that a new primary care center will be coming to Northville in 2008.

"I am pleased to announce that St. Mary's will be providing services to Northville in the coming year," Senator Farley said. "This new endeavor will make access to health care much easier for Northville residents and the surrounding communities. I applaud St. Mary's Hospital for being proactive and reaching out to northern Fulton County."

Senator Farley said several local physicians in Northville were looking to retire but did not want to leave patients without services. They will be working with the hospital to make health care in Northville a smooth transition before they finalize their retirement plans.

The primary care center will be located in the former NBT Bank on Main Street. Lou Lanzi had recently purchased that property, along with adjacent waterfront area, with the idea of building new waterfront townhouses and having a facility for local businesses.
