Senator Flanagan Visits Lake Grove School

Senator John Flanagan (2nd Senate District) recently visited the Eugene Auer Memorial Elementary School to discuss the legislative process with Ms. Michele Miller's fifth grade class. The meeting was arranged after the students contacted Senator Flanagan about several pieces of legislation they were researching as part of their class so they could discuss these bills in person.

During the visit, the children offered their views on the legislation and provided Senator Flanagan with their feelings on a variety of local issues. Senator Flanagan also used the visit to speak to the students about the legislative process and discussed his role in that process.
