Tradition Thrives In East Harlem

Senator Serrano co-hosted a Three Kings Day Luncheon with City Councilmember Melissa Mark-Viverito. More than 100 people attended the event, which was held at the Bonifacio Cora Texidor Community and Senior Center on East 116th Street.

Earlier in the morning, the Senator participated in the annual Three Kings Day parade. "Even in the rain, this is a fabulous celebration of tradition and culture," he said, walking among the colorful floats and throngs of people in the streets of East Harlem.
