Esl Federal Credit Union Celebrates Opening

Rochester, N.Y. – ESL Federal Credit Union today celebrated the opening of its 17th branch, located at 215 Merchants Road, in the City of Rochester. ESL representatives, Monroe County Executive Maggie Brooks, Commissioner of Economic Development R. Carlos Carballada and Lois Giess, City Council President, were joined by other city and county officials, area business and community leaders, and ESL staff for a grand opening ribbon-cutting ceremony and reception.

"We greatly appreciate the warm welcome we have already received from our neighbors in the Winton, Browncroft, Merchants area, said David L. Fiedler, CEO, ESL Federal Credit Union.

Peg Coddington serves as branch manager and is joined by a staff of 15 banking professionals. The 5,600-square-foot facility features 7 teller stations, 5 member service representative offices, an ESL Investment representative office, two ATMs, safety deposit boxes, and two drive-up teller stations.

Branch hours will be Monday and Thursday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Tuesday and Wednesday 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., and Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
