Senator Saland Announces $1.3 Million In Community Funding Grants For Projects In Dutchess County

     Senator Steve Saland (R,I, C Poughkeepsie) today announced that $1.3 million in community funding has been awarded to local governments and community organizations throughout Dutchess County.

     "This is great news for our local governments and community organizations in Dutchess County, said Senator Saland. "These important grants will go a long way to enhancing communities and improving the quality of life of its residents, while at the same time lessening the financial burden on local governments, who otherwise would have had to pick up the costs of many of these projects."
